Please confirm your travel dates with us before you order your tickets. We limit our tour to 2 guests at any giving time. Please contact us ( office@athenaagency.com ) regarding your tour dates before you confirm your reservations or place your tour deposit (deposit is non-refundable).

Travel Documents

All foreigners entering Ukraine must have a national passport with a Ukrainian visa. However it is possible to get a visa using an official Consular Department of Ukraine in Kiev airport, when you enter the country.

To receive a Ukrainian Visa you need an Invitation and Voucher from a company registered to accept foreigners at the Ministry of Foreign affairs. Most Ukrainian tour companies have this registration.

The Ladies

When you place your tour deposit you may begin writing ladies if you like. Your online account will be credited with 20 addresses that you may retrieve using our member retrieval system and mail forwarding will be available for 3 months. Select as many ladies as you would like to meet and retrieve their addresses. Once you do this you will have a list of ladies you can mail to us for reference.

If you would like to write the ladies prior to your arrival you may just place your tour deposit retrieve the addresses of the ladies you would like to meet and send your letters to us and We'll deliver them for you. Please take a look at our letter writing tips

You may choose not to write the ladies and simply meet with them when you arrive. Your secretary can arrange for all your meetings simply provide a list of the ladies you want to meet and the schedule you would like to have.

What Next?

When you click on submit your tour plan will be sent to our staff in Ukraine. You will be taken to the services page where you can place your tour deposit. Once you have placed your tour deposit your account will be credtied with 20 addresses and 3 months of mail forwarding which you can begin using in just a few minutes. Your travel documents will be processed and you will receive copies at the fax number you provided in just a few days.
